Every woman wants to have outstanding nails that don't break. But, for many reasons, like leck of calcium, most women's nails are soft, exfoliating, the cuticles are growing ugly and even if we manage to avoid these problems, there always happens a little "domestic incident" that breaks at least one of our nails. For women who have weak nails, for those who have the bad habbit of biting and chewing their nails, or for special ocasions, such as your own wedding, there is an alternative - technical nails. There are two tipes of technical nails: with gel or with acryl (the so-called porcelain).

Gel nails are the most used type because they are easy to apply, but they also are less resistant for women who have a vigorous life, wash many dishes or are involved in different actities that require using their fingers.

Acrylic nails are much more resistant, but if they are not applied accordingly, there is the chance to break or fall, along with your natural nail. Acrylic nails must be tottaly removed when they break or when water or other substances get between the technical nail and the natural nail.

Nail care must be done carrefully, and no matter if they are applied with gel or with acryl, the maintenance (reffiling) of nails must be done once at 2-3 weeks at the base of the nail where it grows, and the nails must be finished at the tip to maintain the same length of the nail and to preserve the natural look of the nails.
